Searcys is unveiling a spectacular new luxury venue in Knightsbridge and seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead the opening team and ensure an exceptional guest journey. You will set the tone, culture, and standards across all departments, guiding a high-performing team in a premium environment.

The role focuses on luxury service delivery, member experience, and strong leadership, with opportunities to influence financial performance and commercial strategy in a landmark opening.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, or high-end venues.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially astute with a hands-on approach.
• Polished, professional, and guest-focused.
• Strong understanding of the expectations of a high-net-worth clientele.

Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptionalHospitality Manager to join the opening team.
