Searcys is opening a spectacular Knightsbridge venue in London and seeks an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the opening team. You will own your section, deliver attentive service, and help create exceptional food and beverage experiences that align with Searcys’ high standards.

We are seeking anexperienced and dedicated Waiter/Waitressto support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the venue. As aSearcys Waiter/Waitress, you will take ownership of your section, delivering attentive, seamless service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. With a passion for hospitality, you will ensure exceptional food and beverage experiences that reflect the high standards synonymous with the Searcys brand.

Contract:Full Time & Part Time

Salary: £17.50 inclusive of Tronc

Opening times:10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
