Mary Rush Care Ltd’s Notting Hill opening NAKIMUSHI seeks an experienced Bartender to craft cocktails, wines, spirits and non‑alcoholic drinks to a consistently high standard, while supporting both bar and restaurant service.

The role requires three years in a high‑end hospitality setting, excellent knowledge of spirits and classic drinks, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

NAKIMUSHI is a new Japanese townhouse from the team behind Michelin‑starred Dorian, EEL Sushi, Supermarket of Dreams and the Notting Hill Fish + Meat Shop.

The concept brings together Urchin, created by chef Yuji Shimokawa Kelly, and Robin’s Ramen by chef Robin Kosuge. Across three floors, NAKIMUSHI combines a fast‑paced ground‑floor ramen bar with an upper‑floor restaurant and bar focused on Japanese cooking, ramen, robata‑grilled seafood and carefully sourced meat.

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join the team and help shape the atmosphere, drinks service and guest experience.

The role

You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and non‑alcoholic drinks to a consistently high standard while supporting both the bar and restaurant service.

This is a hands‑on role requiring speed, precision, strong product knowledge and the confidence to engage naturally with guests.

You will be responsible for:

Preparing cocktails and drinks accurately and efficiently

What we are looking for

You will need a minimum of three years’ bartending experience in a high‑end restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.

Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Confidence engaging with guests

Accuracy and consistency under pressure

High standards of organisation and cleanliness

A calm, professional and collaborative approach

Availability to work evenings and weekends
