Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and engaging bar service, creating memorable guest experiences in 40 Elephants and Sibin Whisky Lounge.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with knowledge of ingredients, presentation, and techniques.
• Support bar setup and ensure all preparations are completed prior to service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels, requisition supplies, and ensure correct storage of all bar products.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales opportunities and promote the bar’s concept through knowledgeable recommendations.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role:

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
