We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for our exclusive May Fair Bar operation located with our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel as a Bartender.
• The role of Bartender will involve working a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of the Mayfair Bar and our brand standards.
• Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micro's competency tests.

About You

• Previous bartender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar and cocktail operation is essential.
• Demonstrates excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
