We are currently recruiting for a Floor Manager for our Exclusive May Fair Bar located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel.

Overview

• An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within the 5 Star The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Floor Manager.
• You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation on the shift that you are working.
• You will work to achieve the bar revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation within the Bar.
• You will have full knowledge of both the food and bar menu.
• You will understand table return times and handle all tables accordingly.
• You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and that all guests needs and preferences are met.
• You will deliver service standards in accordance with the Service Excellence brand standards.

About You
