Sticks ’n’ Sushi Glasgow is seeking a Bartender to join our bustling bar team, delivering high-energy service, crafting drinks, and welcoming guests with a big smile.

Bring bar experience, calm under pressure, and a passion for hospitality as you learn about our Danish and Japanese roots, culture, and menu, while contributing to memorable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar service standards are carried out at the highest level and prioritise guests.
• Maintain bar and restaurant cleanliness throughout shifts.
• Develop knowledge of products and concepts as they are introduced.
• Represent our values, culture and brand to guests and create memorable experiences.
• Bring passion, energy, and personality to the bar on every shift.
• Learn about Danish and Japanese culture, ingredients and service styles to guide guests expertly.

What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

• Ensure our bar service standards are carried out at the highest level and always prioritise the needs of the guests.
• Ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the bar and restaurant
• Continuously develop knowledge of our new products and concepts
• You’ll be the face of our values, culture and brand, helping our Guests to leave the real world behind for a little while.
• You’ll bring passion, energy, and personality to the bar - every shift!
• You will learn about Danish & Japanese culture, ingredients, and service style - so when you recommend a drink, pour sake, or guide the guest through our menu, your focus is on mastering your craft.

• Ideally, you already have experience in a busy bar, knowing how to give great service and make people happy.
