RB Holdings, a growing hospitality group with Oswald's in London, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join Oswald's restaurant team. You will craft cocktails and beverages for our discerning members, delivering exceptional service in a discreet, high-standard environment.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £34,000 plus discretionary service charge, 28 days holiday, GymFlex, wellbeing days, private medical and dental insurance, and other employee benefits.

Our London portfolio includes 5 Hertford Street, Oswald's, Nico’s, and Birley Bakery and Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we expanded internationally with the opening of Maxime’s, alongside a new Birley Bakery in New York City.

We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our team at Oswald’s restaurant.

Working Hours:

• 5 day working week between Monday-Saturday.
• 45 hours per week.
• Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

• Play a key part in a collaborative and focused team.
