Job summary

NYX Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a hospitality‑driven Bartender to deliver warm, attentive guest care at the bar and contribute to a high‑end, urban experience. You will maintain bar operations safely, follow SOPs, and support colleagues across departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

You will participate in ongoing training and development programs, with opportunities to progress within the Leonardo Hotels portfolio across the UK & Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience consistently
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and strict adherence to the hotel's SOPs within the bar, along with a general knowledge of all standards across the establishment
• Operate the bar in a safe and organized manner, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor

Main Tasks

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
