Job summary

NYX Hotel Edinburgh, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking aBartender (Flex) to support the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve drinks, welcome guests, and collaborate with a vibrant team to deliver memorable hospitality in a luxury, urban setting.

The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for hospitality, a friendly, welcoming personality, and a flair for cocktails. Prior bar experience is preferred. This role is on-site at NYX Edinburgh.

At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.As a Bartender you’ll be one of the faces of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day.
