NYX Hotel Edinburgh, part of the Leonardo Hotels portfolio, is seeking a friendly Bartender to deliver exceptional guest care across the bar and lounge. You will follow SOPs, maintain a safe, organised bar, and collaborate with teams to enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
• Address guest concerns courteously and promptly to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to elevate the overall guest experience consistently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and strict adherence to the hotel's SOPs within the bar, along with a general knowledge of all standards across the establishment.
• Operate the bar in a safe and organized manner, promptly reporting any issues to management.
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations.
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor.
