Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Barista for weekends at Maldron Hotel Manchester City Centre. You will join a friendly team, receive training through the Dalata Academy, and have opportunities to grow within the company.

The role focuses on delivering excellent guest coffee service in a busy hotel setting, with training and internal career development supported by the group.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is desired but not essential
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation is desired but not essential

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are greeted by name and provided attentive service.
• Experienced making great coffee and carrying plates (or eager to learn).
• Well-presented and engaging with guests.
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a high-volume environment.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

Your Job:
