Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bletchley Beacon is seeking a Team Leader for an 18h, 3-days‑a‑week role including weekends. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store.

You’ll train and guide Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence while staying adaptable under pressure.
