Job summary

Costa Limited is seeking a Team Leader for 30+ hours per week in Paisley. You’ll bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible patterns to suit the store.

Lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas and keep standards high in service and coffee excellence, while energising the team and maintaining a warm, efficient atmosphere. We offer a competitive hourly rate, 50% discount on Costa-owned stores, pension matching up to 10% and other perks.

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced retail/food environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
