Job summary

Costa Coffee in Dumbarton is seeking a Team Leader for a 15-hour part-time role. You will bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible hours to suit the store.

You will lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, energise the team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence. Adaptability and a calm, reliable presence under pressure are valued.
