Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Team Leader to manage shift operations, support Baristas, and uphold service excellence while delivering great coffee and memorable moments.

You’ll energize and motivate the team, train new Baristas, maintain high standards across service and coffee quality, and use resourcefulness to keep everything running smoothly during busy periods.
