Job summary

Costa Coffee in Sunderland is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new baristas, and energise your team to maintain high service and coffee excellence. A flexible shifts approach helps you balance work with life, in a fast-paced cafe environment.
