Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bath is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team. You’ll lead smooth shifts, train new Baristas, and maintain top service and coffee standards while keeping operations running smoothly. Flexible shifts are available to suit you and the store.

Ideal candidates are confident leaders with strong communication, a positive attitude, and resilience under pressure, ready to mentor colleagues and uphold Costa’s values.
