Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader in Wales to guide daily shifts, support and train baristas, and uphold the highest standards of service and coffee quality. You’ll energize the team and adapt to daily challenges in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a calm, proactive approach to managing people and operations.
