Job summary

Costa Coffee in Stirling is looking for a Team Leader to energise a busy cafe and deliver exceptional customer service. You will lead shifts, support Baristas, and uphold Costa’s standards across service and coffee excellence.

As a Team Leader you’ll train new staff, motivate the team, and ensure smooth operation with adaptable, confident leadership. Flexible shifts help fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a cafe/restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Energetic, positive, and confident at guiding a team.
