Job summary

Costa Coffee in Dundee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You will train and motivate your team and uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

Flexible shifts are available to suit you, with a focus on developing baristas and delivering great customer experiences in store locations around Dundee. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead by example and drive teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others.
