Costa Royston is seeking a Team Leader to energise and guide our shift teams at the Royston store. You’ll support baristas, uphold coffee excellence, and ensure smooth daily operations with a positive, proactive mindset.

As a capable leader, you’ll model reliability and teamwork, communicating clearly with staff and customers while adapting to busy periods with confidence. Costa offers flexible shifts to fit your role.
