Job summary

Costa Coffee in Camberley is seeking a Team Leader to energise the store, support shifts and uphold coffee excellence. You’ll lead by example, train new Baristas, and ensure smooth operations with a flexible shift pattern.

The role requires reliability, strong teamwork and clear communication to motivate staff and deliver great guest experiences in a busy café environment.
