Costa Coffee in Scotland (Kirkcaldy) is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, drive coffee excellence and support staff. This full-time role offers flexible weekday and weekend shifts and a strong focus on team development.

You will train new Baristas, energise the team and maintain service standards, fostering a positive and efficient store environment.

Formación

• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role.
• Strong team player with great communication skills.
• Reliability and maturity in taking accountability.
• Energetic, positive and confident leading others.
• Adaptable, resourceful and calm under pressure.

Team Leader
