Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to suit the store. You will lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate the team, and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

We value reliability and strong communication, and you’ll stay calm under pressure while guiding others. Previous team leadership or readiness to step into the role is welcomed.
