Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise shifts, build confidence in the team and uphold service and coffee excellence. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts and train new Baristas, while staying adaptable to the store’s needs.

You are a reliable role model with strong communication skills, able to motivate others, handle pressure, and maintain high standards. Flexible shifts offered to fit the store schedule.
