Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You will lead smooth, efficient shifts, train new Baristas and energise your team while upholding high standards of service and coffee excellence.

The role offers flexible shifts to suit the store and location-dependent pay. You’ll be part of a diverse team focused on delivering memorable moments for customers.
