Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts, train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team and maintain high standards of service and coffee excellence.

We offer flexible shifts and a competitive hourly rate (£13.75–£14.75 depending on location) plus perks including a 50% discount, pension matching up to 10% and a Coca‑Cola share scheme.
