Role Overview

Starting pay: £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location)

As a Barista Maestro, you'll gain leadership experience, accountability, and autonomy. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Your focus will be on creating uplifting customer experiences and motivating your team to prioritize excellent service.

Responsibilities

1. Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional experiences
2. Maximize sales by utilizing team members' talents
3. Train and certify new Baristas
4. Learn and share new recipes and product ranges
5. Maintain high standards in product quality and service excellence
