Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader at Tesco, Hammonds Farm, Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will train and support Baristas, energise your team, and maintain high service and coffee standards across the store. Flexible shifts are available to fit your schedule.

As a key part of the store team, you’ll lead with energy and confidence, ensuring a smooth service and a welcoming customer experience for every shift.
