Job summary

Costa Coffee Bridgwater is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll train and support new Baristas, energise and motivate your team, and maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence, with flexible shifts to suit you and the store. Costa Foundation supports communities locally and globally, reflecting our culture of inclusion and impact. The Clink, Bridgwater store location is part of our network.
