Location: Chiswick Business Park W4, 22.5 hours per week, Tue, Wed, Thurs

Salary: £13.85 per hour, meals provided on shift

Job Description

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, teas, and other drinks using correct methods and equipment
• Sharing the story of our menu and providing recommendations, being aware of allergen procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace in line with standards
• Following health, safety, and food safety guidelines
• Monitoring and restocking stock levels as needed
• Using till systems for payments and orders
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
• Assisting on other tasks as needed
