Job summary

Moto is hiring a Barista to join our Costa-branded team at Donington Park Services. You’ll serve high-quality coffee and food, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary 5am–7pm with weekdays and weekends, offering weekly pay and opportunities for development and benefits including a discretionary bonus and staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day.
• Delivering brand standards to a level our customers expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring workspace and store is clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Helping prepare the store for the following day’s trade.
