Job summary

Moto is recruiting for a Barista at Cherwell Services near Bicester to serve Costa coffee with a focus on warm customer service and efficient order processing. You’ll prepare a range of drinks and toasties, maintain brand standards and help keep displays stocked throughout peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering brand standards to a high level expected by customers
• Resolving enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to maximise product availability
• Keeping workspace clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork and a positive store culture
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience they want to revisit
• Preparing the store for the next day’s trade

Shifts: Vary between 5am to 7pm, mixture of weekdays and weekends required

What you’ll be doing as a Barista:
