Job summary

Moto Hospitality is hiring a Costa Barista at Chieveley Services, Thatcham RG18 9XX. You will welcome customers, take orders, and craft barista drinks and toasties while upholding Costa standards.

This role offers night shifts (11pm–7am), four nights in seven, with flexible hours and weekly pay. Benefits include a discretionary bonus, staff discounts up to 55%, life assurance, and funded qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of toasties and barista quality drinks throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
