Job summary

BaxterStorey is staffing a Barista at Curtiss Wright Bournemouth Airport. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience, serving quality hot drinks, and supporting food service in a busy hospitality environment.

You will handle transactions, keep areas clean, and assist the wider team with catering duties. Barista experience is beneficial, with full training provided for the right person. A friendly, reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teamwork - collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment
• Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location
• Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas

5-day week - Monday to Friday

Part-time: 37.5 hours

At BaxterStorey, we are looking for a Baristawho takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and consistently high standards.

In this role, you will be preparing and serving quality hot drinks, supporting food service, keeping the café and service areas clean and well presented, handling customer transactions and helping the wider team with day to day catering duties.

This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved in all areas of the operation — including clearing down, cleaning and washing up when needed. No task is too small when it comes to supporting the team and delivering a great service.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, reliable and confident engaging with customers. Barista experience would be beneficial, but full training can be provided for the right person.
