Sodexo Live! at Manchester Airport Terminal 1 is seeking a Barista/Bartender to deliver premium lounge service to passengers. You will set up service areas, ensure beverage display accuracy, and maintain the coffee station in readiness for service.

Role requires barista and bartending experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team environment. Join a renowned events hospitality team dedicated to excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Set service areas and ensure condiments, glasses, and cups are neatly arranged.
• Ensure beverages are displayed according to specification.
• Make sure the coffee machine is ready to use.
• Load service counters and ensure supplies throughout the shift.
• Maintain lounge seating area and arrange furniture per lounge plan.
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness of dining, bar, and buffet areas.
• Clear tables and bring used crockery to the dishwashing area.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to lounge customers.
• Build rapport and interact with customers.
• Report customer feedback and take remedial action when possible.
• Liaise with chef on duty and Emirates lounge team.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during operating hours.
• Empty waste bins and replace liners.
• Handle coffee machine cleaning after lounge closes.
• Wipe tables, cupboards, desks and furniture free from stains.
• Vacuum carpets to remove soil and crumbs.
• Sweep and mop tiled areas.
• Adhere to management requests while on shift.
• Ensure bars are set up to high standard and spec.
• Complete temperature records and cleaning schedules; report discrepancies.
• Assist management with stock takes.
• Ensure products stored/displayed are date coded, rotated and labelled.
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and personal hygiene procedures.

Barista /Bartender at Manchester Airport Terminal 1,

• Set the service areas, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Ensure all beverages are displayed according to specification.
• Ensure the coffee machine is ready to use.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.

B. During the shift, and after Lounge operating hours:

• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the dining, bar and buffet areas at all times.
• Clear the table areas, and ensuring that all of the used crockery and cutlery and glasses are cleared from the dining area and brought to the dishwashing area.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
• Build rapport and interact with customers.
• Report any customer feedback (complaints and compliments) and take some remedial action, if possible.
• Liaise with, and assist chef on duty and Emirates lounge team, as required.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness during lounge operating hours.
• Empty waste bins, as necessary. Wipe clean and or replace bin liners.
• Handle coffee machine cleaning process after the lounge closes.
• Wipe all tables, cupboards, desks and other furniture free from finger/food/ beverage stains.
• Vacuum the carpets to remove all obvious soil, dirt and crumbs.(where applicable)
• Sweep and mop the tiled areas.(where applicable)
• Adhere to any reasonable request from managers and supervisors whilst on shift
• To ensure the bars are set up to the company's high standard and agreed specification.
• Completion of temperature records, cleaning schedules. Reporting any discrepancies to your line Manager.
• Assisting the Management with stock take as and when required.
• Ensuring all products stored / displayed are date coded, Stock rotated & labelled correctly. Using the shelf life rule.
• Comply with all legal & company Procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health & safety & personal hygiene
