Job summary

Sodexo Live! in the United Kingdom is seeking a front-of-house team member for our airport lounge. This casual role will be made permanent once an airside pass is obtained, and offers 37.5 hours per week with early and late shifts (5:00–13:30 and 14:15–22:45).

The starting pay is £13.80 per hour. You will deliver excellent customer service from preparation to service of food and beverages, set bars and counters, stock supplies, and ensure lounge seating areas are tidy and inviting.

Package Description

£13.80 per hour

37.5 hours per week

Early and Late Shifts (early 5:00-13:30, late 14:15-22:45)

4 days on 2 days off

This role is casual and will be made permanent upon obtaining airside pass.

Must be able to provide 5-year checkable work history for airport clearance

Main Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
• Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged.
• Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
• Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
• Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.
