Job description

La Maison Ani is a celebration of love and food, located just off Sloane Street within Jumeirah Carlton Tower, bringing the timeless allure of France to Knightsbridge, London.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all hot beverages production and service.
2. Set-up and clean-up of all areas, ensuring operational requirements during service are met.
3. Maintain high quality standards for all drinks prepared and served according to LMA LONDON standards.
4. Ensure mise-en-place is correctly completed before and after shifts.
5. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of coffee machines, hot water dispensers, filter coffee machines, and juice extractors.
6. Monitor stock levels and update management regarding missing items or changes.
7. Learn menu items, recipes, coffees, teas, and smoothies.
8. Attend training sessions as required.
9. Handle daily deliveries of soft drinks, fruits, milk, and coffee.
