Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a dedicated Barista to join the Croissanterie team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering attentive service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high quality coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard.
• Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across coffee, pastries, and retail offerings.
• Ensure the counter, equipment, and service areas remain clean, organised, and well presented.
• Support daily opening, closing, and stock control procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and make recommendations confidently.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Pavyllon and Croissanterie teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality at all times.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a Barista to join the team at our Croissanterie, an exciting extension of Chef Yannick Alléno's acclaimed Pavyllon London.

The role

As a Barista, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving exceptional coffee and beverages.

You will combine technical skill with genuine hospitality, taking pride in consistency, presentation, and guest interaction. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys building relationships with guests, and thrives in a fast paced environment.
