Job summary

BaxterStorey is looking for a passionate Barista to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will greet customers warmly, prepare a variety of beverages to our high standards, and share the menu story while ensuring allergen procedures are followed.

You will help maintain a clean and organized coffee bar, follow health and safety guidelines, and work within a collaborative environment that values development and inclusivity. Join us to deliver exceptional coffee moments.

Responsibilities

• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with schedules and COSHH standards
• Follow health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed
