Job summary

Green & Fortune is launching Bartholomew's at London Museum, with a Barback role supporting the bar team from pre-opening to close in a dynamic, cocktail-focused environment.

The successful candidate will help prepare glassware and garnishes, replenish stock, and assist bartenders to ensure smooth service; enthusiasm for hospitality and cocktails is prized, with a willingness to learn and contribute across the restaurant and bar.

Qualifications

• Some bar experience is useful, but not essential.
• What matters most is your willingness to learn, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality and cocktails.
• We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of the restaurant, from bar to floor.

Responsibilities

• Get the bar ready, preparing glassware, pre-mixes, garnishes and everything needed for service.
• Keep the bar running, replenishing stock, clearing stations, preparing simple drinks and supporting bartenders.
• Close down and reset, keeping equipment and work areas clean, organised and ready for the next shift.

We're looking for a Barback to join Bartholomew's at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. Inspired by the energy of London, this lively new bar will feature an evolving cocktail menu curated by Mr Lyan Studio, bringing the city's stories to life through creative drinks, seasonal flavours and inventive cocktails.

Support the bar team behind the scenes, from pre-opening to close.
