Job summary

Green & Fortune is seeking a passionate Bartender to join Rotunda, our restaurant and events venue in King’s Cross. You’ll work across three bar environments—the main restaurant bar, concert bar and event bar—delivering great service and adapting to the pace and atmosphere of each.

We’re open 7 days a week, with shifts from daytime to late evening. The role requires at least one year of bar experience and a willingness to support the wider operation as part of a one-team approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of bar experience with good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Confident making drinks, talking to guests and working across different bar service styles.

Responsibilities

• Get the bars ready and keep them running from storage to counter with barback support.
• Connect with guests—make classic and house cocktails, serve wines and beers.
• Work across restaurant, concert and event bars, adapting service to guests and trade levels.
• Support the management team with guest queries, stock, orders and bar equipment.

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join Rotunda, our restaurant and events venue on the canal in King’s Cross. You’ll work across three different bar environments - our main restaurant bar, concert bar and event bar - delivering great service and adapting to the pace and atmosphere of each.

We’re open 7 days a week and operate through daytime till late evening.

What makes you the Bartender?

Keep our bars running smoothly from pre-opening to close.

• Get the bars ready and keep them running, from storage to counter, with support from the barback team.
• Connect with your guests - make classic and house cocktails, serve wines and beers, and help them choose the right drink.
• Work across the restaurant, concert and event bars, adapting your service to different guests, occasions and levels of trade.
• Support the management team with guest queries, stock, orders and looking after bar equipment.

What you’ll bring as Bartender?

At least one year of bar experience, with a good knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails. You’ll be confident making drinks, talking to guests and working across different styles of bar service, from busy concerts and events to restaurant service.

We encourage a one team approach, with a willingness to get stuck in and support the wider operation when needed.
