Job summary

Hawksmoor is seeking a Barback for a fixed-term period from November 2026 to January 2027. You will support the bar operation, keep stations stocked, and help ensure smooth service with a friendly, hospitality-driven approach.

Ideal for someone who enjoys a busy environment, is reliable and eager to learn Hawksmoor standards. Training is provided, with strong opportunities to progress within our team.

• Positive, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
• Enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and being on your feet.
• A reliable team player who takes pride in supporting others.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

• Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient.
• Anticipate what the team needs during busy services and act quickly.

As a Barback at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helping keep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a career in hospitality.
