Job summary

Hawksmoor in City of London is seeking a Barback on a fixed-term contract (3–4 months) ending 2 January. You’ll support bartenders during service, keep stations stocked and organised, and help ensure drinks service runs smoothly in a busy bar setting.

No prior bar experience is required, as full training is provided. The role suits someone who enjoys being busy, is a reliable team player, and cares about hospitality, standards and delivering warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Genuinely interested in hospitality and learning new skills.
• Able to stay on feet in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Barback for a fixed term contract 3 - 4 months, ending 2nd January. As a Barback at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helping keep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a career in hospitality.
