Job summary

Hawksmoor Edinburgh is seeking a Bartender to deliver engaging, knowledgeable and friendly bar service, preparing cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards. You will keep the bar stocked and organized, working closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

The role suits someone with passion for cocktails and spirits, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys talking to guests. Training and development are provided, with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a busy bar demonstrating product knowledge and guest service.
• Passion for cocktails, wines and spirits with willingness to learn and develop.
• Engaging, outgoing and enjoy talking to guests while maintaining high standards.
