Job summary

Hawksmoor in London is seeking a Barback to support the bar team and help maintain stock, cleanliness and efficiency during service. You’ll contribute to the warm hospitality Hawksmoor is known for and help deliver great drinks.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, thrives in a team, and is eager to learn. Full training is provided, with opportunities to develop skills across the bar team.

Qualifications

• Positive, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
• Enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and being on your feet.
• A reliable team player who takes pride in supporting others.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential—full training provided.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and learning new skills.

This is a Fixed Term Contract, From November 2026 to mid January 2027.

As a Barback at Hawksmoor, you’ll be at the heart of the bar operation. This is a practical, fast-paced role where you’ll support the bartenders throughout service, helping keep the bar stocked, organised and running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering great drinks and the warm, generous hospitality Hawksmoor is known for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a career in hospitality.
