The Coral Room in central London is seeking a Bar-Back to support the bar team, prep the bar for service, clean the bar, wash and polish glassware, and handle ad hoc tasks. You will be a team player with a passion for drinks service, helping to deliver a memorable guest experience and ensuring the room runs smoothly during busy service periods.

Job description

As a Bar-Back in The Coral Room you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing cocktail experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

You will be supporting the bar team in prepping the bar for service, cleaning the bar, washing and polishing glassware, as well as any other adhoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a passion for drinks service.

The vibrant bar is inspired by the 1920s and has been designed in collaboration with the acclaimed Martin Brudnizki. Its vivid coral-coloured walls, five bespoke Murano-glass chandeliers, and a stunning marble bar provide the perfect backdrop for our swinging hotspot, only a few steps away from Covent Garden.
