Public House Group is seeking an energetic Barback to join our team. You will keep the bar stocked, clean and ready during service, supporting bartenders and ensuring quick, friendly service for guests.

Responsabilités

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes and drinks during service.
• Support bartenders during busy periods to speed up service.
• Collect, wash and polish glassware and keep bar areas clean and organized.
• Assist with deliveries and move stock from cellar to bar.
• Help with opening and closing procedures.
• Follow health and safety procedures including responsible alcohol service.

We're looking for an energetic and hardworking Barback to join Public House Group! Working alongside our bartenders, you'll keep the bar stocked, clean and running smoothly, especially during busy service. What you'll be doing as a Barback:

• Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and drinks throughout service.
• Support the bartenders during busy periods so service runs smoothly and quickly.
• Collect, wash, and polish glassware, keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised.
• Help with deliveries and move stock from the cellar or storage areas to the bar.
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including responsible alcohol service.

About you, our new Barback:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
