Lounge Café Bars in Cirencester, Gloucestershire is hiring a Bar and Waiting Team Member to join the Loungers group. Earn £10.85–£12.71 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and generous food & drinks discounts from day one.

No prior experience required; training provided and a friendly team awaits. Role covers front-of-house service, coffee and drink preparation, and customer-facing hospitality across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers with warm hospitality.
• Serving food to a high standard and ensuring meals land just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks including coffees and cocktails.
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean and ready for service.
• Handling payments accurately and answering allergen questions.
